If an object is white because it reflects all spectrum of light, doesn’t it mean that in actual fact it is the blackest object.
If an object is black because it absorbs all spectrum of light, doesn’t it mean that in actual fact it is the whitest and probably the most energetic object.
If the above is truly the case, then what we perceive as white is in fact black and black is white? Then aren’t we living in a world of opposite colours?

Where have I been? Take a look at the map and you will know where. Actually I was at Sarikei, 100km away from Sibu. So don’t expect any present from me.

I had to wait at Kuching for 5 hours before my next flight to Sibu. And so I decided to visit the Cat Museum since Kuching is literally means cat in Malay.

Upon arrival did I realized the prominent building I saw during my landing and a place I thought to visit is where the Cat Museum is located. The exhibits include specimens of cats, painting of cats but many are ornaments or sculptures of cats. Many of these are interesting to look at. And the exhibits also tell the long time relationship of humans and cats. I like especially the illustration of Malay proverbs that have cats or feline family in it. (“The Tigress” is my favorite. I am like a deer to her.
)

Below are some more interesting photos I have taken.

Yes! My sunflowers are now officially pronounced dead. (Actually, they are gone 2 weeks ago.)
If you ask me why they die, my opinion is that it is due to over-watering. I must have killed the roots. My adding of fertilizers probably escalated their death.
So for my next round of sunflower growing. these are the few things I will try out:
1. Seeds sow directly in soil.
2. Water sparingly.
3. Use sticks for additional support.
4. Remember pile soil on roots.
Any other advise?
But the next round will have to wait for next sunny season. In the meantime, I look for rainy plants to grow..
Chen Kee… Sorry wee hen… No self-grown sunflower for your birthday… sniff sniff
