End of Days

Yeah! Last Monday morning, Naughty, Fatty, Xiao Bai and me went on a spin in my bum’s new car with my uncle and the bum to Changi Village for breakfast. We sat behind and watched the roads and sceneries behind the car as my bum drove our way down via PIE.

We remained in the car as my uncle and my bum went for their breakfast and Changi Boardwalk. Wa! So many people at Changi Village! The Nasi Lemak queue was so long! They have delicious chicken chop kway teow and after which they took a walk. The weather was not too good. The sky drizzled as it threatened to storm. But they still walked. Wondered whether they were crazy or not. See! See! Interesting leaf patterns on the pavement found during the walk!

They came back from their walk only at noon and they went back to the food stalls to packet some goreng pisang (deep fried bananas) for grandma and granddad. Wa! The Nasi Lemak queue still so long! As if the queue never moved at all. We came back via ECP for a change of scenery. My bum’s driving still has room for improvement. Almost faint when he made some turns. Yeah! Next week we are going to Labrador Park.

Last month I went to Kusu Island for the reefwalk, guided by the Blue Water Volunteer. After which, I camped over night with other Toddycats and Blue Water Volunteers after most of the public went back. Ever since army, this is the first time I have camped. It was so much fun. Here are some photos which I took.

One of the shelters is my home for the cool night and I was warmly tucked in my sleeping bag that was not used since Secondary one. Actually this is my second time using it.
